I started The Bean in the summer of 2016 at the Vermillion Farmer’s Market where I served cold brew and mint green iced tea. Soon after, I had the opportunity to expand to a small location in downtown Vermillion. During those first few months, I met Martin Prendergast, my future business partner (and friend). We now have a beautiful location at 8 West Main Street. Our space is friendly, happy and warm. And our drinks are amazing. It’s a special place, and I couldn’t be more proud.
